(1) In the case of a case regarding a promotion, the promotion is revoked and the promotion of the previously promoted civil servant is not maintained and there is another advertisement between the date of receipt from the court to cancel the previous promotion and the promotion, and the civil servant whose promotion has been canceled will be promoted in that advertisement. If so, the civil servant who will be displaced when the promotion is cancelled, will be promoted to the vacant position if there is a vacancy, and if the position is not vacant, the promotion will be given to the corresponding service, group position that will be vacant later.
(2) When promoting according to sub-rule (1), the promotion committee shall re-evaluate the basis of promotion of such employee in the advertisements between the advertisement of the civil servant whose promotion has been revoked and the promotion list has not been published, in order of merit and if the promotion list has been published, the minimum If there is a situation where more points are obtained than the number of points obtained, it should be recommended for promotion.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the seniority of a civil servant recommended for promotion shall be maintained in the same manner as other civil servants recommended in the advertisement in which he is promoted.
